eScreen, Inc. Announces Merger with Pembrooke Occupational Health, Inc.

Overland Park, KS – January 8, 2010

eScreen, Inc. and Pembrooke Occupational Health, Inc. today announced an agreement to merge the two companies. This transaction brings together two best-in-class employment screening service providers and unifies each of the organizations’ complementary product portfolios.
