Healthcare Benefits
eScreen offers medical, dental, and vision insurance to all full-time employees and their dependents in accordance with the applicable plan. Eligible employees generally become entitled to this coverage as well as company paid short-term and long-term disability and life insurance after the completion of the 90-day introductory period. Coverage generally becomes effective on the 91st day of employment in accordance with the applicable plan terms.

401(k) Savings Plan
eScreen offers all employees working more than 1,000 hours in a 12-month period the option to participate in a tax-deferred retirement savings plan known as a 401(k) in accordance with the terms of the plan. A 401(k) plan allows employees to defer part of their salary or wages that would otherwise be taxed into a tax deferred investment account.

Educational Assistance
eScreen may provide educational assistance for qualified courses offered by an accredited learning institution that are directly related to the employee’s present position or enhance the employee’s potential for advancement to a position within the company that the individual has a reasonable expectation of achieving.

Children at Work
eScreen values family and work/life balance and, in an effort to maintain flexibility, the company will provide the benefit and convenience of allowing employees to bring their children to work for short durations of time or for occasional full days. The flexibility offered under this policy is limited to situations where schools are closed (e.g., federal holidays) dismissed early, or other similar circumstances or emergencies where the employee’s normal day care options are not available.
