eScreen123

Web-based screening software creating an electronic Chain of Custody.

Streamline the collection process. eScreen's point-of-collection, web-based screening software is designed for Occupational Health Providers seeking to automate the drug testing process at their clinic.

Automating the Collection Process

eScreen123 is the automated, web-based way to manage an entire collection process by directing a collector through a drug test specimen collection in 3 easy steps.

eScreen123's paperless solution features the first electronic Chain of Custody and test result reporting via the web at MyeScreen.com. Other result reporting options such as AutoFax and Automated Voice Response (AVR) are also available.

Sophisticated web tools track specimens throughout the entire process and comprehensive reporting tools provide collectors with a full range of customizable report options.

eScreen123 is a protocol driven software that condenses the collection process into three steps, ensuring consistency. Designed to work in conjunction with the proprietary and patented eCup and eReader technology, it allows for a completely automated instant test solution.

The Concept of 3 Easy Steps

Step One :: Verify collection information
:: Collector verifies donor information.
:: Donor chooses an eCup.
:: Donor provides specimen.

Step Two :: Inspect specimen for signs of adulteration
:: Collector inspects urine sample for signs of adulteration.
:: Collector verifies specimen is within the correct temperature range.

Step Three :: Seal specimen and generate Chain of Custody form
:: Donor chooses eCup lid.
:: Collector seals the eCup with tamper evident seal and scans barcode number into the system to create paperless Chain of Custody.
:: Collector is prompted by the system to capture the donor signature electronically with the ePad.
:: Once signed, the CCF form is stored with signature image.
:: The donor is dismissed and the eCup is read by eReader.
:: Collector is notified of a "Discard Specimen" or "Send to Lab" message within 3-8 minutes.
:: The Chain of Custody (CCF) form is only printed if the eCup is screened as a "Send to Lab" specimen or if the donor requests a copy.
