In the spring of 2012, eScreen was purchased by Alere, Inc., a global leader in enabling individuals to take charge of their health through the merger of rapid diagnostics and health management. Under the Alere Toxicology umbrella, eScreen is positioned to utilize Alere’s larger breadth of resources to improve eScreen’s delivery, efficiency and effectiveness, as well as allow the deployment of additional products on eScreen platforms.
